Made in Germany by the Korsch Verlag Company; they began making Advent Calendars in Munich in 1951... so yes, this is a reproduction of one of the very first calendars the company produced. 8 1/4" tall x 12" wide when flat; expands when open to a three-dimensional 8 1/4" tall x 16" wide by 2" deep.
